What You Need to Know

Sign only in the notary’s presence. All documents requiring notarization must remain unsigned until the notary arrives. The signer applies their signature only in the notary’s presence.

Signer must be present. The person signing the document must attend in person and present valid identification.

Eligible documents. We notarize only those documents permitted under Michigan law and do not provide legal advice on document content.

Flexible meeting location. Choose a convenient location—your home, office, hospital, library, or another safe meeting place.

Transparent pricing. Each notarization is charged according to Michigan state limits (for example, up to $10 per signature), plus a travel fee based on mileage, as listed on our pricing page.

We perform notarizations in full compliance with the Michigan Notary Public Act.

As required by law, we verify identity, witness signatures, and record each act in our notary journal.

We cannot give legal advice or certify true copies of originals, but we ensure every permitted notarization is done correctly and securely.
